A handy, quick, healthy and tasty dosa is Jowar Dosa. This dosa has all the goodness of jowar which is rich in fibre, calcium and protein. Rice flour is also added which has carbohydrates. It tastes awesome and you would absolutely love it!

1 cup jowar flour, ½ cup rice flour, ½ onion, salt as required, 1 tsp oil
1. In a mixing bowl, put the jowar and rice flour. Add salt and water to get a batter of watery consistency. Add chopped onion also.
2. On a hot tawa, take a spoonful of batter and spread the batter thin.
3. Apply oil and roast well on one side. This takes more time than the regular dosa as the dosa is thin and delicate.
4. Gently flip and roast the other side too.
Jowar Dosa is ready to relish. Serve warm.
