A traditional mithai made with bottle gourd and milk, this dish is amazingly delicious and is the best idea to include the goodness of kaddu in your child's diet. It is rich in vitamin C and magnesium.

2 cups grated kaddu, 3/4th cup sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1/4th cup milk, 1 cup khoya, chopped nuts, 4 tbsp ghee
1. Heat ghee in a skillet; add grated kaddu and saute till shrinks slightly and change colour.
2. Add in milk and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes or till milk thickens completely on low flame.
3. Add in sugar and mix well. Add in khoya and cardamom powder and mix well. Keep stirring to get khoya dissolved in kaddu and form a thick mass.
4. Add in roasted chopped nuts and mix well.
Serve immediately.
