A quick sweet recipe that is made with only few ingredients requires no expertise. You can make them easily and serve a dose of calcium and iron to your child daily.

1 cup fine rava, 200 gms khova, ½ cup ghee, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp cardamom powder, raisins for garnish
1. Add ½ cup of ghee in kadhai; heat it. Add rava in ghee and roast rava till change colour and turns aromatic.
2. Remove rava and keep aside.
3. Now roast khova on low flame while stirring continuously. Once the khova melts properly mix it in rava and allow the mixture to cool a bit.
4. Once came to room temperature add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
5. Grease your palms with ghee and take small portions of mixture and shape them to laddoos.
Granish with raisins. Serve the fresh laddoos or store in air-tight container.
