Using paneer, which is rich in protein and capsicum, which has vital vitamin and minerals, you can prepare Lazeez Tikka. The tikka is flavoured with ginger garlic paste, mix of spices and lemon juice, all making the plain paneer and capsicum more lazeez and aromatic. The marinated paneer is further coated with besan and sauted well in medium flame till golden brown. It can be given as a starter or evening snack.

8-10 cubes of paneer, 1 diced capsicum, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp besan, 5-6 sprigs of coriander leaves, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt as per taste, oil for shallow fry
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
2. Set the marinated paneer aside for about 20 minutes till it absorbs all the flavour.
3. In a pan, add 2 tsp oil and one by one add the paneer and capsicum cubes. On medium flame saute them till both sides turn golden brown.
Lazeez Paneer is all ready to lazeez your child’s taste buds. Enjoy!
