Lentil soup is the best food to include the protein intake in children. It also soothes upset stomach. Hence, this is amazingly beneficial for your little one.

    Ingredients to make Lentil Soup:

    2 tbsp moong dal, 1 cup water, a pinch of turmeric

    Steps to make Lentil Soup:

    1. Wash and rinse moong dal very well.

    2. Add dal and turmeric in pressure cooker and cook it for 2 whistles.

    3. Once cooked, mash the dal. Add more water if required and bring to boil again.

    Serve warm.
