    Ingredients to make Mashed Veggie Porridge:

    Vegetables of your choice, cooked rice, garlic paste, water, salt to taste

    Steps to make Mashed Veggie Porridge:

    1. Wash and clean all the vegetables.

    2. Chop into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker for 7-10 minutes.

    3. In a blender, puree the cooked vegetables with cooked rice.

    4. Add garlic paste (a pinch), and salt to taste.

    Serve hot!
