A quick, healthy porridge, Milk Pats Porridge can be made using oats and milk, both rich in fibre and calcium respectively. This porridge is an excellent baby food while introducing solids to your baby.

¼ cup oats, 1 cup milk
1. In a blender, powder the oats.
2. In a vessel, add milk and oats powder. Cook on medium flame till the oats turn soft. Switch off the flame.
