Milk Rava Kesari is a dessert that can be prepared in minutes and it will be perfect to surprise your child. Prepared from suji, milk and dry fruits, this rava kesari has all the nutrients and taste together.

    Ingredients to make Milk Rava Kesari:

    1 cup semolina, ½ cup ghee, 1 tsp cardamom powder, ground cashewnuts, 12-15 rasisins, 1.25 cup sugar, 2-3 strands of kesar or saffron, 2 cups milk , 1 cup water

    Steps to make Milk Rava Kesari:

    1. Heat ghee in a deep skillet. Roast cashewnuts in the same. Remove and keep aside.

    2. Now in the same ghee, roast semolina on low flame till it turns aromatic.

    3. To the same skillet add sugar, milk and water and cook it for few minutes. Keep stirring in between.

    4. Take 2 tbsp water ina bowl; add saffron strands. Mix well. Add this saffron water to rava mixture.

    5. Cover and simmer the rava for 2 minutes. Add cashewnuts and raisins on top.

    Serve the yummy Milk Rava Kesari to your little one.
