The regular dosa can be made even more nutritious by adding veggies. You can prepare tasty and crisp Mixed Vegetable Dosa for your child during breakfast or for evening snack. Dosas are rich in carbohydrates and protein while veggies will provide the valuable vitamin and minerals. All in all, this snack is wholesome and tastes awesome.

2 cups dosa batter, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 3-4 sprigs of coriander leaves, 3 tsp oil
1. Finely chop coriander leaves, onion, tomato, carrot and capsicum. Add the coriander leaves to the dosa batter and give a good mix.
2. On a hot tawa, pour a ladle of the dosa batter and spread evenly.
3. On top of the dosa, add the veggie toppings on the dosa.
4. Drizzle a tsp oil on top and sides.
5. Cover the dosa with a lid and cook for 3-4 mins till the dosa turns golden brown and crisp.
Mouthwartering and healthy Mixed Vegetable Dosa is ready for your child to devour and enjoy. Serve with chutney and sambhar.
