Mixed Vegetable Soup

Prepare this simple yet flavourful soup with lots of veggies to include multi-vitamins and minerals in your baby's diet. You can add or exclude veggies of your choice but the taste will differ with each veggie.

    Ingredients to make Mixed Vegetable Soup:

    ½ carrot, 2 leaves of cabbage, 1 potato, a small piece of bottle gourd, 4-5 leaves of spinach, water, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp ghee

    Steps to make Mixed Vegetable Soup:

    1. Wash, peel and roughly chop the veggies.

    2. Heat ghee in pressure cooker; add veggies and salt.

    3. Pressure cook the veggies for 2 whistles.

    4. Leave it to cool completely. Blend to make a smooth puree.

    5. Add more water if required and boil again.

    Serve warm to your baby.
