Mushroom is a good source of vitamin and minerals besides protein and dietary fibre. Along with veggies like potato, carrot, onion, you can prepare awesome mushroom and potato mash.You can flavour the mash with garlic, which has vitamin C and essential minerals.

Ingredients to make Mushroom and Potato Mash:
¼ cup mushrooms, ½ potato, ½ carrot, ¼ onion, 1 tsp ghee, salt as per taste, 1 tsp minced garlic
Steps to make Mushroom and Potato Mash:
1. In a vessel, add 2 cups water. Add the potato and carrot and cook till tender.
2. In a pan, add ghee. Add the finely chopped onion. Saute for 2 mins. Add the minced garlic. Once the garlic emits an aroma, add the mushroom and cook the mixture for 3 mins, stirring occasionally.
3. Mash the potato and carrot well so that no lumps exist. Add the mushroom mixture and mix well. Add salt as required.
Yummy mushroom and potato mash is ready. Enjoy!
