Urad Dal sweet is a delicious Indian recipe served as a dessert. Eating legumes several times each week is recommended for good growth and development as beans and lentils are an excellent source of fiber and protein. Make this delicious and easy recipe today!

Urad dal, raw rice, coconut milk, jaggery, cashew, oil as required, coconut bits, water as required.
1. Soak the Urad Dhal and raw rice for 6 hours or overnight and grind to a paste.
2. Heat the coconut milk and keep it aside.
3. Dissolve jaggery in water by boiling jaggery in water. Strain to remove impurities. Keep it aside. Fry cashew in oil and keep it aside.
4. Boil 3 cups of water and when it's boiling add grinded urad dhal paste.Put a spoon in it while boiling. Stir in often other wise it will settle at the bottom.
Add jaggery, fried cashew, Coconut bits and mix well. Let it boil for another 4-5 minutes and serve!
