This is a super-easy, delicious spicy, rice vermicelli recipe, which comes from southern Indian cuisine. Rice vermicelli is easy to digest and prepare and is loaded with good nutrients! Try this today!

Rice vermicelli, chopped beans and carrots, grated coconut, lemon, water
1. Soak the rice vermiceli in water for 10 minutes. Wash and drain the water.
2. In a pan, heat oil and add finely chopped beans and carrot. Saute on medium flame till for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the soaked vermicelli now and mix. Add one cup of water and, cover and cook n low flame for 10 minutes.
Garnish with lemon and coconut and serve.
