Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies would be happily savored when there is nothing to munch. The sweetness of this recipe is an attractive aspect that pulls every time you open the jar. Oats is a prime ingredient which is rich in iron, calcium and carbohydrates. Moreover, egg is also used in the recipe that offers Vitamin A, Vitamin D and protein. The preparation is not that complicated which makes this recipe a hit among mothers.

    Ingredients:  1 ½ cup packed brown sugar, 1 cup butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped nuts. 

    Steps:

     1. Heat the oven to 350 degree F. Take a large bowl and stir brown sugar along with butter. Now, the next move is to stir egg and vanilla until it grows fluffy. 

     2. Add oats, flour, salt and baking powder. Drop nuts and chocolate chips. 

     3. Take an ungreased cookie sheet drop the dough keeping them 2 inches apart. 

     4. Bake the content for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown. 

     Store the cookies once they cool down. Try it today!
