Oats is rich in fibre while rice flour and sooji have valuable carbohydrates. Using these basic ingredients, you can make quick and delicious oats dosa. Flavour these ingredients with sesame seeds and black pepper and make a batter by adding buttermilk. Oats dosa is ready to be made and your child would love it.

Ingredients to make Oats Dosa:

1 cup oats, ¼ cup rice flour, ¼ cup sooji, 1 cup butter milk, 3-4 sprigs of coriander leaves, 1 tsp jeera, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, salt as needed, 1 tsp oil

Steps to make Oats Dosa:

1. In a blender, add oats and blend to a fine powder.

2. In a mixing bowl, add oats powder and all the ingredients except butter milk. Give a good mix and finally add butter milk. The batter has to be in a semi liquid state.

3. On a hot tawa, pour a ladle of oats batter and spread it. Pour a tsp oil on the sides and top.

4. On a medium flame, cook the oats dosa for about 2 mins on one side and flip. Cook on the other side too.

Hot and yummy Oats Dosa is ready for your child to devour and relish. Enjoy.
