A treat for your child's sweet tooth, the Oats Dry Fruit Ladoo is made with a nutritious combination of oats, jaggery, and dry fruits. They are rich in fiber and iron.

1 cup oats, 1 cup roughly chopped almonds, cashewnuts and pista, 2 tbsp ghee, 3 tbsp chopped jaggery
1. Dry roast oats in a thick bottomed skillet. Remove and keep aside to cool completely.
2. Dry roast all dry fruits too. Keep aside.
3. Heat the ghee and jaggery in same pan and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
4. Transfer the jaggery mixture into a flat thali and let it cool.
5. Add the roasted oats and dry fruits and mix well. Take out small portions of mixture and shape them to laddoos.
Serve immediately.
