Let your child delve into healthy, nutritious and delcious Oats Khichdi, which is rich in fibre. This wholesome meal is very light on stomach and is perfect for lunch.

1 chopped tomato, ½ cup oats, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp mustard seeds, as tring of curry leaves, coriander leaves, water, oil
1. Add 2 tbsp ghee in kadai. Add mutard seeds. When splutter, add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste, saute it for a minute.
2. Add chopped onions and saute till becomes translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add oats and mix well. Pour water as needed and allow it to cook on medium flame.
4. If required, add more ghee and water.
Once done, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve. You can add as many veggies you want.
