Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Yummy Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas can be made using simple ingredients like rice flour, banana and jaggery. Rice flour is a rich source of carbohydrates while jaggery and banana provides the requried vitamins and minerals. Flavouring this combination of ingredients, is cinnamon which boosts immunity.

    Ingredients to make Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas:

    2 ripe bananas, 1 cup rice flour, ½ cup grated jaggery, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, oil for shallow frying

    Steps to make Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas:

    1. In a blender, add the rice flour, grated jaggery and little water to get a thick batter like consistency. Ensure its lump free.

    2. Cut bananas into roundels.

    3. Dip each roundel in the batter and shallow fry in a pan with little oil. Flip and shallow fry.

    4. Once both sides are done, sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.

    Serve this relishing snack!
