Pazham Ada, a sweet dish to be served as a snack is a good way to use up your over ripened bananas. Your child will love its different taste.

2 bananas, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 egg, ½ cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated coconut, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp ghee
1. Mash the bananas; add the sugar and coconut and whip it once in grinder.
2. Add egg and whip it once more.
3. Transfer the paste into a bowl, add the wheat flour and cardamom powder and knead to make a dough.
4. Heat a dosa pan, grease it with ghee. Take a handful of the dough and spread it like pancake using hand.
5. Have a bowl of water nearby, dip your hand in water and spread the batter on the tava.
6. Cover and cook on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot and fresh.
