Peanut Ragi Laddoo is a great way to include ragi in your child's diet. Ragi is a nutritious cereal and is rich in calcium and fibre.

1 cup sprouted ragi flour, 1/4 cup peanuts, 150 gm jaggery, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup til, 1 tsp cardamom powder
1. Dry roast ragi flour until turns aromatic. Keep aside.
2. Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds separately and keep aside.
3. Remove the skin of peanuts and powder peanuts and sesame seeds.
4. Grate jaggery.
5. In a blender add powder peanuts, sesame seeds, jaggery and ragi flour and blend it for 2 minutes to ooze out the oil from the mix.
6. Add ghee and shape them to laddoos while warm.
Store it an air-tight container. If using milk instead of ghee, then laddoos will stay good for 3-4 days.
