Poha Idli is a variation of rice idli, more softer and filling. Poha is rich in iron and hence prevents anaemia. It is loaded with carbs making it a wholesome dish.

Rice, poha, urad dal, curds, oil, salt
1. Soak poha in water or curds till it gets soft.
2. Soak urad dal previous night.
3. Next day grind urad dal and poha separately in grinder.
4. Allow to ferment for one night.
5. Next day, grease the idli plates with gingely oil.
6. Pour ladles of the batter in the idli plate.
7. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
Piping hot Poha Idlis are ready. Serve with chutney or sambar.
