    Ingredients to make Ragi Apple Payasam:

    Ragi, apple pieces, water, jaggery, ghee, dry fruits

    Steps to make Ragi Apple Payasam:

    1. Take ragi in a pot. Add water and cook until ragi becomes a soft paste. Put aside.

    2. Melt jaggery in a sauce pan and keep aside.

    3. Heat milk in a pan, slowly mix the ragi paste and ghee in it with constant stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame till it boils.

    4. Cool the above mixture and then add jaggery syrup.

    Add apple pieces or puree of your choice and chopped dry fruits to the mixture and serve!
