With less time to spend in kitchen and a busy routine, here is a recipe of Ragi Instant Dosa, which will surely be loved by your kid. This dosa is rich in nutrition as it provides calcium, iron and super amazing taste.

1 cup sprouted ragi flour, 1 onion chopped, ½ cup curd, chopped coriander seeds, chopped curry leaves, salt, black pepper, oil as needed, water as needed
1. Mix ragi flour, curd, salt, black peper, onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves.
2. Add little water at a time to attain the required consistency of batter.
3. Heat dosa tawa, spoon some batter on tawa.
4. Drizzle oil around the edges and cook from both sides.
Serve hot with yummy coconut chutney.
