Rajgira Laddoo is a healthy recipe rich in calcium, protein, and iron. It is perfect to include nutrients in your child's diet.

1 cup rajgira, ½ cup jaggery, 1/3rd cup of water, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ghee
1. Heat jaggery in a pan with water till it reaches the immersing level. Switch off the flame once the jaggery melts completely.
2. Strain the jaggery water using a strainer to remove impurities. Then start heating the strained jaggery water in low flame. Once ready switch off the flame.
3. Add popped rajgira to the hot jaggery syrup. Add cardamom powder and mix it all with a spoon.
4. Now grease your hands with ghee and start making laddoos with the mixture.
Serve and store in an air tight container for later use. Serve it hot with milk.
