    Ingredients to make Rajgira Porridge for Toddlers and Kids:

    1/4th cup of popped rajgira seeds, 1/4 cup breastmilk or cow's milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp ghee (optional), 1 tbsp dry fruit powder

    Steps to make Rajgira Porridge for Toddlers and Kids:

    1. Take breastmilk or cow milk or formula milk and warm it.

    2. Add popped rajgira seeds and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes.

    3. Add brown sugar or sweetener and dry fruit powder. Mix well

    Serve warm.
