Rajgira Porridge is rich in nutrients and very easy to digest. The healthy rajgira seeds are vital to include in your child's diet. It keeps the tummy full for a long time.

1/4th cup of popped rajgira seeds, 1/4 cup breastmilk or cow's milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp ghee (optional), 1 tbsp dry fruit powder
1. Take breastmilk or cow milk or formula milk and warm it.
2. Add popped rajgira seeds and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes.
3. Add brown sugar or sweetener and dry fruit powder. Mix well
Serve warm.
