Try a bowlful of this delicious Rathaalu Ka Halwa. Sweet potatoes are full of carbohydrates, fibre, and vitamins.

1 large Sweet potato (Rathaalu) boiled, peeled and mashed, 2 tablespoon Ghee, ½ cup Milk, 2 tablespoons Sugar, ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
1. Heat the ghee and add mashed sweet potato. Keep stirring till all the moisture evaporates.
2. Add milk and keep stirring till the mixture is dry.
3. Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook till it leaves the sides of the pan and ghee oozes out. Serve hot.
