Using semolina, which is a good source of carbohydrates and butter milk, which aids in digestion, you can prepare this instant and yummy Rava Dosa. Flavour this dosa with onion and coriander leaves and the dosa turns out awesome.

    Ingredients to make Rava Dosa:

    1 cup semolina, 1.5 cups butter milk, 1 onion, 4-5 sprigs of coriander leaves, 1 tsp oil, salt as required

    Steps to make Rava Dosa:

    1. Warm the semolina in microwave for 30 seconds.

    2. In a mixing bowl, add semolina, butter milk and coriander leaves and give a good mix. The batter has to be of thin consistency. If required you can add a little water.

    3. On a hot tawa, put finely chopped onion. Pour a ladle of the batter and carefully spread it so that it covers the entire tawa.

    4. Put one tsp oil on the sides and top.

    5. On a medium flame, allow this dosa to cook till it turns golden brown.

    6. Flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.

    Note: Rava Dosa takes time to cook as the batter is thin. If taken out soon the dosa can break. Hot and delcious Rava Dosa is ready for your child to enjoy. Serve with coconut chutney.
