    Ingredients to make Rava Laddoo:

    2 cup rava, 3/4th cup jaggery, almonds as needed, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 3 tbsp ghee

    Steps to make Rava Laddoo:

    1. Heat ghee in a kadai and fry chopped almonds. Keep aside.

    2. In the remaining ghee roast rava until aromatic. Keep aside.

    3. Add milk and jaggery in a pan and bring it to boil. Slowly add rava in milk jaggery syrup and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

    4. Turn off the flame and add almonds and cardamom powder.

    5. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Take small portions of mix and shape them to laddoos.

    Serve immediately and store in an air-tight container.
