A yummy and healthy preparation can be made using rice noodles, which is rich in carbohydrates. Flavouring the noodles with lemon juice that has vitamin and garnishing with grated coconut, a good source of vitamin and fibre, gives you a snack that is light and healthy.

Ingredients to make Rice Noodles for Snack:
½ cup rice noodles, 1.5 cups water, ½ tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp grated coconut, ½ tsp oil
Steps to make Rice Noodles for Snack:
1. Boil water. As the water starts boiling, add the rice noodles. Reduce the flame and stir for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and keep it aside. After 5 minutes, drain the water.
2. In a pan, put the oil. Once warm, add the drained rice noodles, salt, lemon juice and grated coconut. Saute well.
Delicious and steamed hot rice noodles are ready to serve! A quick snack with simple ingredients can be part of breakfast or snack time.
