Eating fresh and green vegetables can help one live a fit, healthy, and happy life. Carrot, peas, and beans are such vegetables, which have a number of health benefits, are easily available and also taste good. Adding rice makes this dish healthier and filling.

Rice powder, carrots, beans, peas, oil
1. Wash and clean all the vegetables.
2. Cook them in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes, then add in a blender and make a fine puree.
3. In a pan, heat water and add the rice powder, stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add salt and a little oil.
4. Mix the rice paste with the veg puree and serve!
Add water to adjust the consistency of the porridge according to your liking.
