In the mood to make something tasty and savoury? Make this incredibly simple and healthy Savoury Pudding, full of the goodness of protein, carbohydrates, and essential vitamins and minerals.

Bread slices:4, Eggs:2, Onion: 1 chopped, Milk: ½ cup, salt to taste, butter: 2 tsp
1. Layer bread slices in a small ovenproof dish.
2. Beat eggs. Add milk, onions, butter and salt. Pour over the bread slices
3. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
