Give your little one an instant morning energy kick with this nutritious and yummylicious Scrambled Eggs on Bread. The carrots adds vitamin A and anti-oxidants in this high-protein breakfast and the onion make everything nice and tasty.

2 eggs, 1 chopped onion, 1 diced carrot, whole wheat bread slices 2, salt as per taste, butter
1. In a frying pan, add 2 spoons of butter and add onion. Saute the onion for 1-2 minute or till it turns golden brown.
2. Add carrots and stir-fry until carrots soften. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
3. Add eggs and salt. Cook and stir until eggs are thickened or prepared.
4. Toast the bread and place onto warmed plates. Place the scrambled eggs onto the toasted bread.
You can puree the carrots if your child avoids carrot chunks. Stir in cheese to add a burst of flavour.
