You can have this vitamin rich parathas in many forms like stuffed, wrapped, or as finger food. It is very handy and mess-free.

    Ingredients to make Soft and Delishes Parathas:

    1 cup Wheat Flour, 1 tsp. Oil, salt as required, warm water required to make soft dough, 3 tbsp. Ghee

    Steps to make soft and Delishes Parathas:

    1. Mix the wheat flour, salt, 1 tbsp. ghee and oil in a bowl.

    2. Add the warm water little by little; knead thoroughly until it forms soft dough and cover it.

    3. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

    4. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them flat into circles and cook on both the sides on a heated pan, smear ½ tsp ghee and keep them in a hot pack.

    You will love to eat them rolled up with cheese, chocolate spread or egg bhurji.
