    Ingredients to make Soft Pooris:

    1 - medium-sized Lauki grated, 1 - bunch Coriander leaves chopped, 3 cups - Wheat flour, Water for dough, 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp – Turmeric, Salt to taste, Oil to deep fry

    Steps to make Soft Pooris:

    1. Mix the flour, grated lauki, coriander, and all the other spices with enough water to make a stiff dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    2. Make small balls from the dough and roll into pooris.

    3. Heat oil and fry pooris till golden in color. Serve hot with any sabzi.
