We know that snack time can be very tedious for you! That’s why we have brought for you this super-easy recipe for Sooji Pancakes, rich in carbohydrates, calcium, and fiber.

1 cup semolina, 1 cup curds, 1 tomato chopped, 1 onion chopped, salt to taste, 2 tsp oil
1. Take suji and curd in a bowl, add salt and mix well with water to form a batter.
2. Keep aside for 5 minutes to ferment. Add the tomato and onion.
3. Heat oil in a pan and pour small ladlefuls of the batter to form small pancakes. Fry on both sides till done.
