    Ingredients to make Sooji Pudding (1 serving):

    Rava -15gms, milk -150ml, sugar -20gms

    Steps to make Sooji Pudding:

    1. Boil milk and keep it aside.

    2. In a pan, roast rava and add this roasted rava to the boiling milk. Save half portion of it and keep it aside.

    3. Allow the rava to cook thoroughly. Once cooked, add the remaining portion of milk add sugar and mix well.

    4. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.

    Make this for dinner today!
