    Ingredients to make Spinach Balls:

    1 cup besan, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup onion finely chopped, 1 inch ginger, hing, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, water, salt, oil

    Steps to make Spinach Balls:

    1. Wash clean and boil the spinach.

    2. In a bowl , add 1 cup besan, spinach, onion , ginger and sesame seeds.

    3. Add enough water to make it into a batter thick enough to make balls.

    4. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, take small spinach balls and fry on both sides.

    Yummy Spinach Balls are ready. Enjoy this dish.
