Spinach is an excellent source of calcium, vitamin A, iron, folate and many other nutrients. Spinach Puree is a great way to include all these nutrients at one go in your child’s diet.

3 cups baby spinach, water 1/4th cup, salt as needed
1. Take spinach and wash well.
2. Take it in a sauce pan, add water and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Cool it and grind it to a smooth paste. Add salt if required.
You can add cream or milk to this to make it creamy.
