Suji Halwa is a quick and easy to prepare dessert and is perfect for breakfast or snacks. It contains healthy fats for your little one.

1 cup rava, ½ cup ghee, nuts, 1.25 cup sugar, 2 cups milk, 1 cup khoya
1. Heat ghee in a deep skillet. Roast nuts in the same. Remove and keep aside.
2. Now in the same ghee, roast rava on low flame till it turns aromatic.
3.Add sugar and milk to the rava. Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves.
4. Leave it on low flame to cook properly. Keep stirring in between.
5. Once ghee comes on top, add khoya and mix well.
6. Cover and simmer the rava for 2 minutes. Add nuts on top.
Serve it along with pooris to your child.
