Kids are usually finicky about eating. They want to stick to only certain kinds of food. Ensuring that they eat healthy and get all nutrition from what they are eating can become a challenge. Serve this Super Healthy Porridge to your kid to keep his energy level high. Ragi has full goodness of thiamin, zinc, copper, and manganese.

½ cup sprouted ragi flour, ½ cup moong dal flour, 2 tsp. almond powder and cashew powder, 1 tsp. sugar, water
1. Mix ragi and moong dal flour in water without lumps.
2. Cook them in medium flame stirring constantly for 10 minutes or until the porridge is well cooked.
3. Add almond, cashew powder and sugar and mix well.
Prepare today and energise your kid with this Super Healthy Porridge.
