Sweet oats is an easy, healthy recipe, made with oats and milk can be served as a breakfast for your kiddo. The oats are fibre-rich and makes a wholesome meal for your child.

4 tbsp oats, 2 cup milk, 4 -5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp ghee, chopped dry fruits, raisins
1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Roast oats in hot ghee till 2-3 minutes on medium low flame.
2. Add milk in roasted oats and cook it for another 2-3 minutes while stirring in between.
3. Make sure there are no lumps formed. Add sugar and stir properly.
4. Add more milk if required. Add chopped dry fruits and raisins.
Switch off the flame and serve hot, warm or cold.
