Easy to make dessert recipe. This provides adequate amounts of energy which meets the daily requirements. Milk contains calcium and phosphorus, which helps to maintain the bone integrity. The aroma of the rose petals will add an awesome flavor for the kheer.

Sago -30gms, milk -150ml, cardamom powder, cashews-10gms, sugar -25gms, dried rose petals
1. Soak the sago for 1 or 2 hours, pressure cook until soft and then puree the sago.
2. In a pan add half portion of milk, add the pureed sago cook it well.
3. To the mixture, add sugar, cardamom powder, and other portion of milk, cook it well.
4. Garnish it cashews and dried rose petals.
Serve this yummy aromatic kheer and enjoy.
