Sweet Semolina is a delicious sweet, which is prepared using simple ingredients like sooji, milk and sugar. It is rich in carbohydrates, calcium, and healthy fats. This sweet can be had just like that or with poori. The taste is just amazing.

1 cup sooji, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp ghee, 4-5 cashews, 4-5 golden raisins, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tsp grated coconut
1. In a vessel, boil milk. Keep it aside.
2. In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee. Add cashews and raisins. Saute for a minute and keep it aside.
3. In the same pan, add the remaining ghee. Add sooji and keep roasting the sooji on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
4. Add the milk carefully and keep stirring till the sooji gets incorporated well in the milk. Add the sugar and cardamom powder too.
5. Switch off the flame and garnish the sweet semolina with grated coconut, cashews and raisins.
