Til Laddoo

This winter special Til Laddoos are so delicious and nutritious that you can easily serve 2 pieces daily to your child. TIl is a good source of energy provides calcium, vitamin B, E and jaggery is rich in iron and anti-oxidants.

    Ingredients to make Til Laddoo:

    1 cup til, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 cup roughly chopped jaggery(gur), 1/4th cup roasted and crushed peanuts, ½ tsp cardamom powder

    Steps to make Til Laddoo:

    1. Dry roast til in kadhai on low medium flame. Keep stirring continuously.

    2. Heat the ghee in another pan; add the jaggery and mix well. Cook on slow flame for 2-3 minutes.

    3. Add the till, peanuts and cardamom powder and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Keep stirring.

    4. Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes.

    5. Wet your palm with little water and take small portions of mixture and shape them into laddoos.

    Cool them completely and store in an air-tight container.
