Give your day a sweet start with this vegetarian version of French Toast. Topped with honey and cinnamon, this dish is a taste of heaven. It is rich with the goodness of fiber, potassium and calcium.

Ingredients: 4 brown bread slices, 1/4th cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/4th cup milk, a drop of vanilla essence, 4 tbsp butter for greasing and cooking, honey, cinnamon powder.
Steps:
1. Mix fresh cream, sugar, milk, vanilla essence in a deep bowl and stir well to form a smooth batter. Keep aside.
2. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with butter.
3. Dip a slice of bread in the batter and place it on tava on a medium flame. Cook till it turns golden brown in colour on both sides.
4. Repeat step 3 with the remaining bread slices.
5. Drizzle some honey and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.
Serve it to your kid with maple syrup or chocolate sauce to make it more delicious.
Note: The batter can be replaced with vanilla-flavored custard.
