These Steamed Fresh Rice Flour Rolls will make for an impressive dish that your child will love. The making of fresh rice flour wrappers is actually quite simple and fun, once you master the method! It is rich in protein and carbs and also a great option for kids who cannot eat wheat!

Rice flour, maida, oil as required, rice milk curd, water, salt, pepper, ginger, chickpeas
1. Mix rice flour and maida in a bowl with little oil. Knead to a smooth dough by adding rice milk curd and water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. To make the filling, pressure cook soaked chickpeas for 15 minutes. Slightly mash it.
3. Add salt, pepper, ginger and mix the chickpeas well.
4. Roll out the dough into small rotis and cook on a hot tawa with little oil.
5. Stuff the chickpeas filling on a rice flour roti and roll it.
Serve hot with ketchup!
