    Ingredients to make Vegan Payasam:

    Ragi, rava, water, jaggery, soymilk, chopped almonds and cashews

    Steps to make Vegan Payasam:

    1. Take ragi and rava in a pot. Add water and cook until ragi and rava are soft. Put aside.

    2. Melt jaggery in a sauce pan and keep aside.

    3. Heat soymilk in a pan, slowly mix the ragi-rava paste in it with constant stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on ow flame till it boils.

    4. Cool the above mixture and then add jaggery syrup.

    Add chopped almonds and cashews and serve!
