Vegetable Rice Mudde comes with the goodness of cauliflower and broccoli which are excellent sources of natural antioxidants due to their high levels of various phytochemicals, as well as good suppliers of essential vitamins, caroteniods, fiber, soluble sugars, minerals and phenolic compounds. Rice is a very good source of carbohydrate. Altogether this dish is healthy and tasty one which is easily prepared in less time. Try it with Aloo Gosht or Tinda Chana dal to give your taste buds the burst of flavours alongside the richness of all vegetables.

    Ingredients to make Vegetable Rice Mudde:

    Cauliflower-½ cup, hot water-1 cup, broccoli-½ cup, rice flour-1 cup, salt-to taste and oil-2 tsp

    Steps to make Vegetable Rice Mudde:

    1. Wash and cut cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces.

    2. Heat oil in a colander and add cauliflower and broccoli. Cook for 10 minutes minutes on medium flame.

    3. Add rice flour and salt. Stir well.

    4. Add 1 cup hot water and mix well.

    5. Make tennis balls size balls from the mixture.

    Serve hot with any spicy curry or dal.
