Vegetable Uttapam makes a delicious and nutritious dish for a breakfast. Loaded with veggies, this uttapam has vitamin A, folate, vitamin C, and carbohydrates, which are essential for your child's growth.

    Ingredients to make Vegetable Uttapam:

    ½ onion chopped, 1 small tomato chopped, 1 carrot grated, ½ capsicum chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, coriander leaves finely chopped, dosa batter as needed, sesame oil preferably for cooking

    Steps to make Vegetable Uttappam:

    1. Heat dosa pan, grease it with oil and pour 2 ladle full of dosa batter. Spread a bit keeping it thick for uttappam.

    2. Sprinkle chopped vegetables, green chillies, coriander, grated carrots and pour 1 tbsp oil on top and around edges.

    3. Flip the side once cooked from bottom. Cook both sides and serve immediately.

    Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.
