1/4 cup raw rice washed and drained, 1 cup milk boiled, 2 tsp sugar, 1 banana mashed
Steps to make Velai Payasam:
1. Add rice to the milk and cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally for about 25-30 mins until the rice is well cooked.
2. Once the rice is cooked, add sugar and stir it for a minute.
3. Remove from heat, mix in the mashed banana, and serve.
